sleep makes you lose weightDoes sleep makes you lose weight?

Does sleep makes you lose weight (or just look slimmer, with a flater belly,..)? Because I go on holiday in 5 days and i'm doing a diet and some exercise to look good on the bikini lol. And i'sleep makes you lose weightve heard that sleep well makes you lose weight. (I'm asking because now i'm in school holidays and I usually go to bed at 5 i the morning or even later : | I kno that's really bad for my healsleep makes you lose weightth and stuff but PLEASE dont start making any advices of it) just answer my quest please.
