I go there every weekend and you can get all kinds of grungy skirts! You can definitely get the boots she wears, as I've got a pair mavril lavigne amazonyself.
Make sure you go down all the little alleyways and look at all the stalls though so you get the best deal. Sometimes the shops will try to rip you off because they know people can't really be bothered to look round all the stalls... but trust me it's worth it!
