sport music mp3I by 1 sport mp3 for sport time but i want to put music in that i cant open in the computer?

i have a 4GB Sports MP3 , so i can't open my Sports MP3 device in my computer . my computer give massage ( incorrectsport music mp3 function ) i dont now wat i have to do with this ?
if u hav got a software installtion cd with sport mp3 then instsport music mp3al thru it.
or else u can go to control panel, device and printer,then detect thru it.
