I use a program named Ares. Ive been using it for years and havent gotten a virus yet. I really suggest you use this program because there is a grand selection of media in there. Also it is very easy to use..=)
I use to use sharelimewire mp3 download kazaaaza is a good program and is free, then there is limewire but it downloads a lot of virus.In other hand now i use Ares is pretty good.

I use emule, it doesn't cause limewire mp3 download kazaaany problems, but it's slow.
Kazaa, if you use the free version, loads your computer up with all sorts of garbage programs.
Don't know about the others.
iTunes or Rhapsody ... you know, the legal ones...
