i have 64-bit windows vista if that make a difference. but i have the latest version of mozilla firefox (as of august 2009 whatever version that is) but it wont open when i click on it. can someone help me mozilla firefox 2009pleaase
All I can think of for the moment, try uninstalling then reinstalling. It might work. I'm not sure.
What happens when you click on the Firefox?
Do you see a process when you are in Task Manmozilla firefox 2009ager? Did you just update any Firefox add-ons? Firefox problems are usually caused by incompatible add-ons Uninstall add-ons that you just installed one at a time could isolate the issue.
