I need a good online youtube to mp3 converter. I've googled some but they either have bad quality sound or they make the file too big. I need one that can give me the same quality sound as the youtube vid but keep the file size less than 5mb. Can any of you help?

Here is one that I use. Sorry if you've seen it before but youtube to mp3it gives you the option to download standard quality or high quality. Best of luck!
try keepvid.com or savevid.com. what you should do is just paste the video url and click download. they let you chose the format that you want including mp3. but you need to have java installed. or you can download and install any audio converter. i recommend installing any audio converter because it let you change the setting and thus you chan change the quality as you wish.
